FreeTime

Your privacy is paramount

Trust is the foundation of everything we do. You invite FreeTime into your home and your daily life, and we take the responsibility that comes with that seriously.

We designed FreeTime so that protecting your information is built in, not bolted on. We're transparent about the data we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used. We also give you meaningful control over it.

We only use your information to deliver and improve your experience: matching you with the right provider, keeping jobs safe and accountable, processing payments, and supporting you when you need help. We do not sell your personal data.

Encrypted by default

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive details like payment information are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant processors. We never store raw card numbers.

Location, only when it matters

We use location to match you with nearby providers, share live arrival status, and keep jobs accountable. A provider's live location is visible to you only while your job is active, never after it ends.

Only what we need

We collect the minimum required to run your bookings: your account details, addresses you save, and job history. We don't sell your personal data.

You're in control

You can review and update your information at any time, and decide what you share. Access to your data inside FreeTime is limited to the people who need it to support you.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. To delete your account yourself, visit our account deletion page. To make a privacy request or ask a question about how we handle your information, reach us at team@freetime.app.

This page describes our approach to privacy in plain language and is not a substitute for a full legal privacy policy.
